- Initial Collaboration: We will meet with the developer, architect and real estate team in order to gain a clear and concise understanding of your vision and educate ourselves on the wants, needs and desires of your buyer
- Sketches and boards: Dacoda Design will present illustrations to you that will help to further clarify the vision we see for a successful design concept.
- Renderings: Renderings will be provided, as necessary, to showcase the coordinating elements of the project. These renderings will act as a tool to aid in the investor stage (if applicable) as well as a tool for display during the building phase(s). We are also able to collaborate with your Sales & Marketing team to develop materials that will help to market your property and bring it to the forefront for your target buyer.
- Fabrication and Installation: This process, and the time necessary to complete it, will vary depending upon which phase we are introduced to your project. During this stage, we will be implementing the approved design and overseeing the fabrication/building elements which are necessary to bring the design scheme to life - Whether we are working on 200 units in your building, a common area, a sales office, models or all of the above, Dacoda Design will be ready for your sales launch.
