Chayse Dacoda founded Dacoda Design in 1998, a rapidly growing design and lifestyle firm that guides new construction and renovation projects, historic conversions and residential and commercial interiors.

Well known for her roles on TLC's While You Were Out and HGTV's Get It Together, Chayse is referred to as an expert of merging styles that inspire people to live their dream everyday. While designing from both NewYork and Los Angeles, the perspective of both coasts has groomed this Philadelphia native to create a style that is at once compelling and distinct with clean lines, splashes of color and a timeless flair. Her style ranges from a ranch in Montana - Ruby River Ranch, to an Inn in Nantucket, to a California hillside modern, to a loft in Tribeca - The Glass House. She has also worked on an historic conversion property in downtown Los Angeles - The Roosevelt Lofts and she has designed VIP space for the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Originally getting an economics degree at the University of Pennsylvania, Chayse left finance behind when starting her design business ten years ago. Southern California real estate was the catalyst to merge her style with the business of real estate and the aesthetic function of design - bringing value by design to property - both for residential and commercial owners and developers.

Chayse also plays piano, scuba-dives, skis, writes comedy, and sketches furniture for an inspired new product line. Although her business is based on the two coasts, a growing client base has taken her all over the country - and she says she will go anywhere in the world to create a beautiful space.
